The townhome is perfect for families: there are two bedrooms, each with their own bathroom and large, flat screen TVs. There is a Sofa sleeper in main living area. The master bedroom has a cozy king bed and private balcony access, the guest bedroom has two twin beds with the option for another king if you wish. The third bathroom with a shower is on the main level, making it convenient for extra guests.

From the Livingroom, access a private deck with gas BBQ to grill up your favorite dish.

Lap pool, Hot tub, and Classes are available at Basin Recreation Center. right down the street (walking distance) for a small daily fee.

Management and Maintenance is available 8am - 6pm, 8 days a week.

Emergency maintenance is available after hours.
